Mainland UK Delivery Times

• All orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched within 48 hours.

• Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of our third-party couriers. Delivery times may vary based on their services.

• For out-of-stock items, delivery times may be extended.

• Orders containing a mix of in-stock and out-of-stock items will be dispatched as a complete order once all items become available.

 

Delivery Costs

• Delivery to mainland UK is free of charge.

• Delivery charges for addresses outside mainland UK (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and other locations) are calculated separately based on the total size and weight of the purchased items.

• Delivery to locations outside mainland UK typically takes 5 working days from dispatch.
