Warranty and Returns
1. Warranty Policy
EcoCare24 is committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our products are covered under a standard warranty that guarantees they are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for a return or replacement under the conditions outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
Customers have the right to return products in the following cases:

Receipt of an incorrect item (not as ordered).

Receipt of a defective or damaged item.
EcoCare24 will approve the return after receiving a justified complaint via email, phone, or in writing. Upon approval, return instructions will be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:

Used or opened products.

Personalized or custom-made items.

Products without their original packaging, labels, and accompanying documents (instructions, invoices, receipts, etc.).
4. Return Conditions
EcoCare24 recognises the right of return as provided under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which applies to distance sales in the United Kingdom. The maximum period to exercise this right is 30 days from the date of receipt of goods. Before this deadline, the customer must contact us by phone or by completing the contact form.
To process a return, the following conditions must be met:

Products must be in perfect condition, unused, uncleaned, and unassembled.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels, instructions, and any other included materials.

A completed return form and proof of purchase (invoice, receipt) must be provided.

Items must be securely packaged to ensure their integrity during transport.
Failure to meet these conditions will result in the loss of the right to return. The sender assumes full responsibility for any risks associated with reshipping the product back to our office (e.g., damage, non-delivery, delays).
5. Refund Process
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

If the return is due to an error by EcoCare24 (incorrect, defective, or damaged item), we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

If the return is initiated by the customer for reasons not related to a fault on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and processing costs.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3–4 weeks after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
